If you decide to cancel your retreat after the payment of your deposit, the deposit will be forfeited as it is non-refundable but creditable.

Initial deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE refundable up to 48 hours after time/date of registration, after the 48-hour timeframe your deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE.
Full payment or Final payment for this trip will need to be completed on or before SEP 1ST, 2024. Your final payment is NON-REFUNDABLE upon its due date of SEP 1ST, 2024. If you cancel your trip at any time after the 1st payment has been made you will need to file a claim with your insurance provider to reclaim any funds paid towards your trip.
If for any reason SOUTHWEST ATLANTA YOGA LLC is not able to visit our desired destination this trip will be postponed to a later date and time; the credit with our travel host Soul Bliss Journeys® is valid up to 24 months counted from the retreat date, if the retreat is postponed.
