I stumbled into a lunchtime yoga class during work over 20 years ago and never looked back – I was hooked. I tried all the styles to find the best fit and became an RYT 200 yoga instructor in 2020. I landed on a deep stretch and restorative type of a practice after learning the hard way that I could not pour from an empty cup. I know that yoga is for every body and my class reflects that. I’ll offer multiple options for poses and I’ll remind you that it’s your body, so you know what feels/works best for you.
