Lauren Daniels

Lauren’s joy and passion for yoga are palpable and contagious. Her style brings together elements of strength, flexibility and balance while encouraging students to break through their perceived limitations both on and off the mat.

What begin as a purely physical practice, led Lauren to pursue two 200- hour certifications in Athletic Power and Egyptian Yoga (2016 & 2017). Both of which have deepened her awareness of self and her passion to be of service to others.
