Michelle Stinson

Michelle has been practicing Vinyasa Yoga since 2014. She first fell in love with it because of how calm it made her feel, and the growth that she felt within her own body. In July, 2018, Michelle got certified to teach yoga at a program called Breathe for Change–a teacher training geared toward bringing mindfulness and yoga into schools. Yoga is one of Michelle’s true passions, and she’s thankful to be teaching at Southwest Atlanta Yoga!
