My yoga practice began in 2016 when I was going through a rough patch and a friend suggested I try yoga to ease my heart and mind. It didn’t take long for the practice to shift my inner world. The classes that resonated with me the most were slow paced, utilized lots of props and focused on breathing exercises.  I knew pretty soon after beginning this journey that I wanted to hold space for others as a yoga teacher. I attended a 200hr YTT shortly after beginning my personal yoga practice.

Since gaining the 200hr CYT I have led slow flow, yin, restorative and vinyasa classes. I have also facilitated/co-facilitated sister circle events, self love and wellness panel discussions, meditative hikes and wellness workshops for folks ranging from adolescence to adulthood.  I graduated from SWAY’s 300hr Metaphysical Hatha yoga teacher training.

I lead my classes with the goal to direct you, the student, back to yourself. This is achieved through breath work, reflective questions, music and poetry. I also offer hands on assistance with your consent and lots of options to use props for added support.

Outside of yoga, my hobbies include tending to my plants and nurturing my very rambunctious French Bulldog. I also enjoy being creative in the kitchen, in front of the camera as well as behind the scenes.
