What You’ll Experience

Embodied Metaphysical Knowledge

You will learn to work with ancient symbols, alchemical principles, and contemplative gazing to deepen both practice and teaching. Through this, you’ll experience the energetic shift of applying metaphysics not as theory, but as lived yoga, gaining tools for visualization, ritual, and symbolic meditation that create profound inner change.

Enhanced Teaching Presence

You will develop confidence in sequencing classes that weave together asana, meditation, and symbolic meaning. Along the way, you’ll cultivate the ability to hold space with ritual, mindfulness, and presence that resonates beyond the mat, expanding your teaching toolkit from physical postures to the metaphysical dimension of yoga.

Self-Awareness & Integration

You will engage in daily journaling and reflective practices that reveal patterns, insights, and inner clarity. With a strengthened commitment to consistent sadhana (daily practice), you’ll nurture balance and resilience, leaving not just with new knowledge but with a transformed sense of self that carries into every area of life.

Historic & Esoteric Insight

You will discover the teachings of the Brotherhood of Light, alchemy, and the metaphysical lineage that informs this program. As you study the lives of influential figures like Paschal Beverly Randolph and their impact on modern spiritual practice, you’ll learn to bridge ancient wisdom with modern application, giving your teaching both depth and relevance.
