Yoga first appeared in my life as a quiet, relaxing practice, but it wasn’t until 2021 that I felt its true call. What began as a goal to do a split transformed into a deeper exploration of self. Unlocking physical flexibility and emotional growth. My path shifted when I found SWAY, where I discovered the art of breath and the beauty of intentional release. Through this, I found balance in my life. Graduating in 2023 with a 200-hour certification in Hatha Yoga, I am passionate about sharing the balance I’ve found. In my classes, you can expect a flow where strength meets softness, grounding you in each posture as that becomes a mirror for deeper self-reflection. Yoga is for everyone, especially those who are constantly on the move. Whether physically, mentally, or emotionally. My classes are here to help you find your center, honor where you are, and explore the power of your own evolution, both on and off the mat.
When I’m not on the mat, you can find me hiking, dancing, writing songs/poems, creating plant-based treats, or delving into life’s mysteries with a curious heart.
