Schuyler brings artistry, movement, and breath together in every class she guides. A 200-hour certified instructor through Southwest Atlanta Yoga, she leads mid-week flows designed as both a reset and a release—grounding yet freeing, intentional yet fluid. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that breath is everything, the quiet rhythm that shapes both practice and life.
Originally from Texas, Schuyler planted roots in Atlanta in 2016, spending much of her time in the West End community that now surrounds her teaching. Her path to yoga is inseparable from her path as anartist: a dancer since age 11, a choreographer and performer, and a songwriter who tells stories through sound and movement. Her years as a student at Southwest Atlanta Yoga while attending Clark Atlanta University laid the foundation for her teaching journey, and she now shares that same sanctuary with her students.
Beyond yoga, Schuyler is a multidimensional creative whose lifelong relationship with movement infuses her classes. Her flows are an invitation to pause, reset, and reconnect—offering liberating spaces where students can move with intention, release the noise of the outside world, and return to the body’s natural rhythm. Movement becomes poetry, breath leads the way, and every class is a space to honor both body and creativity.
