Sunday ReSet
It’s all in the name! Sunday Reset is a time for you to check in with yourself and reset your intentions for the week ahead. You can look forward to an atmosphere filled with yummy smells and relaxing music. The asana practice is a slow flow including grounding practices utilizing props and your breath.
Yin
Yin yoga is a relaxing, meditative practice where specific poses are held for extended periods (typically 3-5 minutes). The practice is designed to target the joints and deep connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and spine in order to strengthen and lengthen them. This is a great class to help to increase circulation through the body’s energy pathways, improve flexibility and posture, release trauma in the body, and encourage mindfulness. Yin is a perfect compliment to balance more vigorous yoga practices or activities like running, cycling, and cross-training. This class is suitable and encouraged for all levels of practitioners.
